Thank you for your purchase. Since the products are handcrafted there may be slight variations in pictures and colour.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES will be accepted only if
Order was damaged in transit OR order was incorrect.
The order may be returned within 3 days of receipt of order , if the above conditions apply. The product should be unused , unworn, with the original packaging with all labels and tags intact. A refund will be generated if the product is no longer in stock.
If the product is received in damaged condition, you will be required to email us at email@example.com and notify us . A photograph of the damage / incorrect product will be required. Our Quality check team will get back to you regarding the returns on receipt of the email & photographs.
Once the product is approved for return by our Quality check team, a pick up will be arranged by us.
We will dispatch the fresh / correct product only after receipt of returned product & not before that.
We will not be responsible for any damaged packaged or packages lost in transit .
We will not be responsible if we are not notified within the time frame mentioned above
Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following products do not qualify for refunds..
• Package is lost in transit
• Package refused by recipient
• Products returned are used or damaged
• Product(s) is/are not custom altered
• Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category
Incorrect delivery address .
Product Refund will be denied if no faulty is found in the product.
Products will not be returned for size issues. we suggest you refer our size chart for the same before ordering.
Only 3 delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner.
